At Malaika House, we are proud to support the HEART Programme, an initiative launched in collaboration with Autism Resources South Africa. The programme is designed to empower children, teens, young adults, and the people who support them to flourish. Flourishing means growing and developing in a healthy, confident, and meaningful way.
The HEART Programme takes a holistic approach. It focuses not solely on a diagnosis but on the whole person. We consider the environments a person interacts with, as well as their cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual development. HEART addresses neurodiversity in a way that supports both the individual and the people around them.
